Greetings staff members, it's been a while since I made a guide. The topic is really an after-thought since it's stuff that I rarely see admins ask me. But still, we need to cover them as well especially after the mistakes I saw in the following situations. What will we cover? Answers to rare situations and how to handle them. I'll also answer a few things outside of the server that people have asked me in the past and can't figure out how we operate. This post will be updated with more rare questions and answers that you guys might do. ❅ Player insulted and left right away. He came back after couple of hours. Should I gag him? Obviously NOT. So what if someone said something, left and you see him online after hours or days? We don't punish people after many hours/days because of one incident that happened and they left. If the player insulted and returned immediately then yes, you can take action. But please, do not take action for something that was said way back in time. Give a simple warning via chat. ❅ Player insulted someone and the other person responded with insult too. Should I gag both? No, because if the guy that started the insults didn't say anything, we wouldn't be in this situation in the first place. Sometimes people try to defend themselves from insults. It's not their fault that a few players start insulting. Of course, they don't need to answer back. You can warn them via chat that there is no reason to respond like this. ❅ I have seen the player insult a few times in the past. Should I give him greater gag now? No. We give standard 10-15-20 minutes to all people that insult no matter how many times they insulted in the past. If you see that someone does not change his ways of talking, you need to contact a FOUNDER and get permission for permanent gag. ❅ Player sent 2 insults in the same sentence. So I should give him 2x the time of gag? Of course NOT. If someone sent 3 insults it doesn't mean you have to gag him 60 minutes because he managed to sent 3 texts without getting gagged. You still need to give standard gag time (10-15-20 minutes). ❅ Players spam many numbers in chat in order to find solution for math problem. Should I gag them? If they type numbers for the math solution that gives them EXP/Coins, there is no need to gag them. Gag only if they spam unnecessary things. ❅ Player broke bridge/closed door on teammates but I didn't take action and round passed. Should I slay him next round? Again, obviously NOT. You just need to warn him via chat that he did something wrong. It's not his fault that no-one took action the same moment he broke the rule. If he didn't get punished in the round he broke the rule, it's too late to take action because in this round, he might not do anything wrong. So you better be fast with slays/warnings. Go to spectators for a while to check things. ❅ Round ended, zombies managed to be in the safe zone with humans. Which team I slay? NONE. You have to let zombies take the kills. Only if the humans are on the helicopter and zombies can't reach them anymore, then you can slay zombies. ❅ A player I know said that someone is cheating. Should I just ban the player? Absolutely NOT. Even if someone you know tells you that a player is cheating, you got to spec before you take action. What if he is wrong? You can never trust other players for things like this. Always check yourself. ❅ When I was admin in "that server" we did "this" differently. Should I do things like there now? Congratulations, you are here now in a different community and the rules might differ from the server you was admin. Big deal. Adapt to the new information and execute things according to them. You can't bring up stuff from other communities here. For example, we don't care if you gave 1 week ban to insults or 1 week ban for SGS. Here we do things according to TECHLINE RULES. Whatever system you followed on different communities stays there. ❅ I don't agree with some of the rules so I will do things a little different. It's a not a problem right? Whoever believes that they can re-build rules a little bit or do things a little differently that what is written in forum, they will be warned or removed. It's simple as that. ❅ In previous servers I was "Head-admin". Shouldn't I start from head-admin here in Techline? Absolutely NOT. I don't care what rank you had on other servers, it doesn't mean that because you were founder once you should start from founder here as well. Everyone starts from lower ranks and within a few weeks-months they find themselves in higher ranks, where they take more and more actions. ❅ I received a warning recently and I will not try a lot to improve this month because I will not get upgraded right? Getting a warning does NOT mean that you will not get upgraded in the next month. Don't be hard on yourself and keep trying to do good things in the server. 1 or 2 warnings do not mean anything. Warnings can be reversed/erased if you don't make mistakes for sometime and try to improve. Best regards, Techline Founders.

Greetings, staff members! I know this is a topic you will like to check, haha. Let's talk a little about RANKING UP! Oh yea, I know that most of you really want to get to higher ranks so you can have more access, get involved into more stuff in Techline and gain better recognition-image among admins and players. Now then, let me spit a couple of facts that I believe, they will make you rank up faster than normal timing (my personal opinion). ⌘ Learn everything (rules, guides) down to the last detail. ⌁ That's right. If you manage to learn all the rules, all the guides and memorize them to the last dot, you'll belong to the 1% of staff members that know literally everything in ZE. ⌁ Your chances of making mistakes in and out of the server will be almost impossible. You will exceed all expectations and you'll put yourself in the discussion for higher ranks. ⌁ When I say "everything" by the way, I literally mean it (admin rules, player rules, amx commands, extra guides). ⌘ Execute the commands as accurate as possible. ⌁ Knowledge alone is nothing, you must also execute the commands in server 100% correctly. If you somehow learn all rules/guides and combine all the information to apply the commands perfectly accurate, you will be the envy of everyone online. ⌁ Just imagine, you know all the little things about the rules and you also know the commands, the correct reasons, the correct times to every situation possible. It can't get any better than this. ⌘ Be online on the server as much as possible. ⌁ The minimum requirement for activity is 500 minutes per week. That's approximately 8 hours a week. Spending an hour on the server everyday is not that much. But is it enough for you to stand out against the other admins? Not even close.. ⌁ By being online double that amount or even more (16 hours per week or higher), your name will be mentioned among the admins that are active, there is no doubt. If you barely hit 500 minutes in every week which is again the MINIMUM, you're being average not exceeding the expectations we have. ⌁ It is best for you to be online for a couple of hours checking the server and later when you leave your PC, be afk for as much as possible (that's what I do). DO NOT be always afk because I'll realize it sooner or later. ⌘ Follow the community system perfectly. ⌁ Let's say that you know all the rules, guides, commands, you are online all day on the server and everything. It will all fail if you don't follow the system we set as required. ⌁ Meaning that posting all your bans, posting your absence and checking every update and announcement we do (in forum and also in discord #admin-announcements), will definitely make you stand out from the rest of admins. ⌘ Stop being absent all the time. ⌁ Oh yea, a lot of admins post to be absent in monthly basis. Let's talk about it, shall we? ⌁ You know everything but you always post to be absent because you have things to do. Fair enough. But how do you expect us to take you seriously and give you higher ranks, if you're always away not being online and check things in the community? ⌁ Avoid to post big absence requests in my opinion and very often, because it will ruin your activity in game and platforms. Your name will not come up for good reason in the discussions between founders. Only post when you will be gone for more than 3x days and if it's something super important. ⌘ Your personality matters a lot. ⌁ Believe it or not it does matter more than you can imagine. Being mature when it's needed and being chill when it's needed is a way of showing us that you got the intelligences to understand/solve situations. ⌁ If you're ultra sensitive and you end up arguing with people all the time, if you don't take anything seriously and you act like a clown, if you act tough/ironic/aggressive towards others, those are all signs that I translate as = weak mentality. ⌁ Find a way to act more mature, so you can handle all situations excellent and also be chill/funny when the timing is ok. ⌘ Keep communication with Founders/Managers. ⌁ Now, I'm not saying that you need to come to my personal messages and beg for higher ranks or try to be friends with me. I'm saying that if you have a question about something, ask me. If you want to learn more and you can't figure out how, ask me. If you have a problem with someone tell me. If you wish to suggest a few things or share a thought with me, never hesitate to send me a message. ⌁ By talking to me personally from time to time, I can have a better image about who you are, what do you know and what you don't, how much you learned since you got your access, what's your personality like etc. You just take a favorable position for a rank up, it's that simple. I have a better image about yourself and your capabilities. NOTE: There is no doubt in my mind, if you do exactly what I said, you will be on higher ranks before you know it.. ♛ Admin's Commands Guide ♛ Greetings, staff members. This is a recreation of the ultimate command guide, meaning that you can find all the commands we mostly use in the server and how to execute them (pictures including). I will personally update the topic if we begin to interact with extra/new commands. Feel free to check this thread whenever you forget something. I'm expecting you to read this, especially if you are a new admin. All essential commands are here so, there will be NO excuses what-so-ever if you make a foolish mistake. ⇘ How can I talk in admin chat? ➺ In say_team (u) type: @ and then the message you want to say. Your message will be shown only to you and the admins online! Regular players without access can send messages to admin chat, they don't see admin messages/replies there however. So if you see a player talking to admin chat, don't get alarmed. ⇘ How can I talk in public chat with green prefix? ➺ In console type: amx_say and the message of your choice. Your message will be shown to everyone on the server. Use amx_say to type something important only. DO NOT spam constantly this command to alarm players, 1-2x times is ok. 3x or more will be considered spam. ⇘ How can I talk with white big letters like other admins? ➺ In console type: amx_tsay + your message of your choice. This message will be in big white letters. Everyone will be able to see. Please type only something important and don’t use it to casually chat. DO NOT spam with this command either!! Example: amx_tsay test ⇘ How can I kick someone from the server? ➺ In console type: amx_kickmenu (it will reveal all players online at the moment). Choose the correct person according to their number next to their name! Press (9) so you can view the rest of the list/players online. ➺ Use this command to kick AFK players only when the server is full 32/32. Kicking players when server has empty slots is not allowed. NEVER kick AFK admins no matter the amount of players in server. Don't forget, you are not allowed to use your commands to other admins :)) ⇘ How can I slap/slay someone? ➺ In console type: amx_slapmenu (it will reveal all players online at the moment). Press (8) to change the value of the damage (from 0 = no damage, to 1hp/5hp damage and then to slay). Choose the correct person according to their numbers next to their names after that. Press (9) to view the rest of list/players online. ➺ Don't forget, we first warn and in the next round we slay players who break the rules etc. Please, don't overdo it with slaps. 1-2x Slaps are enough to warn a player. Anything more than 3x Slaps is spam/abuse and is not acceptable! ⇘ How can I slay the remaining zombies/humans if they round hasn't ended by technicality? ➺ In regular chat say: .slayt to slay the remaining zombies, or .slayct to slay the remaining humans. ➺ Careful!! Make sure to read admins rules so you know when to actually use these commands. We have exclusive rules about them! ⇘ How can I someone's nick if it's against the rules? ➺ In console type: amx_nick “player nick” “new name” (you're supposed to change the nickname of players that are either inappropriate or advertise another communities). ➺ Careful!! Sometimes when you try to change the name of a player, it might not be possible and the following message in the console: "Client is not found". What you need to open the console and type "status". Then you need to take the #USERID of the player you want to change name and use the command like this: ➺ DO NOT forget to use the # along with the number. ⇘ How can I gag a player? ➺ In console type: amx_gagmenu (it will reveal all players online at the moment). Press (1) to change the value of time for gag (1 minute/5 minutes/10 minutes/15 minutes etc). Press (9) to view more players online. Choose the correct player according to his number next to his name and then type manually the reason, for example: insult ➺ Press ENTER and the gag is activated. ➺ Make sure to read the rules to know how much time we gag players according to the situation. ⇘ How can I ungag a player? ➺ In console type: amx_ungag + the name of the gagged player. ➺ You can ungag someone if you thought you were too harsh with your decision or change the value of the gag if you gave wrong time. ⇘ How can I understand who has admin access on the server and who not? ➺ In console type: amx_who (it will reveal all players online at the moment in order). You can find all of the online player’s steamid, their access and the flags they got + who has no access at all. ⇘ How can I see the last 10 steamid/ip’s of the players that left server? ➺ In console type: amx_last (it will reveal the last 10 players that left the server along with their SteamID and IP). Careful, this command will not reveal player's IP who are right now online on the server, only the last 10 players that left the server. So don't think that someone has no info or it's hidden. ➺ This command is very helpful because if you ban someone their details will appear here so, don't forget about it. ⇘ How can I see the details (SteamID, IP) of players that are NOW online on server with me? ➺ In console type: amx_showip (It will reveal all current players online with their SteamID + IP + location most of the times). ⇘ How can I ban someone? ➺ 1st Option: amx_ban “player’s ip” “time” “reason” “ban-type” ➺ Open console and type: amx_showip to find the IP of the player you want to ban. Then you need to put the correct time of the ban. Then put the correct reason and lastly the correct type of ban. Example: ➺ If you check the time I put, its 0. ➦ 0 means permanent. The system of ban works with minutes so if you put “1”, player will be banned for 1 minute. If you put “100”, player will be banned for 100 minutes. So make sure you don’t forget that. ➺ Example of ban times you can set: 0 = permanent // 30 = 30 minutes ban // 60 = 1 hour ban // 120 = 2 hours ban // 1440 = 1 day ban //10080 = 1 week ban. ➺ Please, DO NOT forget that the timings you see here are just an example. We do not ban people for 1 week or 1 day. Read rules carefully to understand how much time we ban people for every situation. ➺ 2nd Option: amx_banmenu ➺ Open console and type: amx_banmenu (it will reveal all players online at the moment). ➺ You need to press (7) to change the ban type to “IP” because we ban according to the IP. ➺ Choose the correct person according to his number next to this name and then put the correct reason. ➺ Press ENTER and the ban is activated. ➺ If the ban is for just a few hours and not permanent, you need to press (8) to change the time of ban. Don’t forget, you need to put minutes in it. Example: ➺ Then you choose the correct player according to his number and then put the correct reason. Example: “breaking rules”. ➺ Never forget to change the BanType also to "IP" by pressing (7). ➺ if you want to fix the duration of ban these are the correct number you need to put. ➺ 0 = permanent // 30 = 30 minutes ban // 60 = 1 hour ban // 120 = 2 hours ban // 180 = 3 hours ban // 300 = 5 hours ban // 1440 = 1 day ban // 4320 = 3 days ban //10080 = 1 week ban. ➺ Please, DO NOT forget that the timings you see here are just an example. We do not ban people for 1 week or 1 day. Read rules carefully to understand how much time we ban people for every situation. ⇘ I was going to ban a player but he left the server. Can I do something? ➺ Yes, there is a command that bans people even if after they leave the server. ➺ In console type: amx_addban. You will see this exact thing: ➺ Use amx_last (the command that shows the last 10 players to leave the server). ➺ Take the IP of the person you want to ban but left, and then adjust it to your command with the rest of the info. Examples: ➺ You then press ENTER and the ban is activated. ⇘ Can I unban a player? ➺ Yes, you can. In console type: amx_unban + the IP of the banned player. Example: ➺ DO NOT forget. You are only supposed to unban only those that FOUNDERS tells you to. ✒All of the commands above are the cornerstone of our server. Greetings, fellow staff members! This is a direct message to admins alone. Scrolling through the panel recently, I discovered that a lot of our admins are doing little experiments with the the reasons they put under gags and bans. Either they put reasons that are super vague (hard to understand the true reason behind the gag/ban) or completely random-non sense. That's why we are here, to eliminate any possible confusion about the reasons we should give when we use AMX Commands. Let's break down firstly, when you should actually NOT GAG players. ⌧ DO NOT GAG THE FOLLOWING PLAYERS ⌧ ➽ Players who are just curse. when someone is just saying a simple curse like "shit" or "fuck" you should not gag them, there is no reason. Only when they insult someone else directly. Cursing is allowed, insult to others isn't. ➽ Players who might be a little annoying some times. Yes they will say goofy stuff, yes you might get annoyed or cringed. There is no reason to gag them however for silly things like this. ➽ People who might lie about something. If they lie (anything you can imagine), there is no reason to gag them. They're just goofy so just ignore them. ➽ Players who type everything twice. Don't forget if they for example type "hhhhh" laugh twice in the chat, it is NOT considered spam. Spam is anything 3x or more times. ⌧ GAG THE FOLLOWING PLAYERS WITH THE FOLLOWING REASONS ⌧ ➽ Players who keep begging for access/g-vip/coins/levels/guns. If someone is begging all the time and doesn't stop after getting warned, gag them with reason ➣ "Begging" for 5-10 minutes. P.G: DO NOT write down "stop" or "annoying" in your gags when they beg. It's vague and inaccurate. ➽ Players who keep spamming random stuff in chat and don't stop after getting warned. Gag them with reason ➣ "Spam" for 5 minutes. P.G: DO NOT write down "stop" or "shut up" in your gags when players spam. It's vague and inaccurate. ➽ Players who insult others (including admins). If they say for example "elemeNt you are fucking stupid" or "elemeNt fuck you", you need to gag them without warning, reason ➣ "Insult" for 10-20 minutes depends with how offensive the insult is. Example: If a player says something minor, like "element you are fucking stupid" gag them for 10 minutes. If they say something a little more offensive "elemeNt fuck you mf", gag them for 15 minutes. Lastly, If they say something extremely offensive like "elemeNt fuck your mother", gag them for 20 minutes. ➽ Players who are using the N word or acting racist towards players for their ethnicity. Anyone who is using the N word or discriminate others because they are from certain parts of the world, will get gag without warning, reason ➣ "Insult" for 15-20 minutes. P.G: DO NOT write "bad words" or "behave" in your gags however when they insult. It's too vague and inaccurate. ➽ Players who keep bringing sensitive conversations (LGBTQ stuff, political debates, current wars, including how other communities in cs 1.6 doing). Anyone who brings conversations like this that might create chaos/drama will be warned and if they don't stop they will receive gag, reason ➣ "Sensitive subject" for 10-20 minutes. P.G: DO NOT write down "gay" or "we don't care about this" in your gags when they talk about sensitive subjects. It's vague and inaccurate. ➽ Players who keep provoking others (including admins), so they get mad and start insulting/fighting. For example, let's say someone is saying "elemeNt why you still play? You are not a good player c'mon" or "Why you are admin? You never do your job" or "Your friendship with founders is the only reason you are still admin" . All of these are attempts to make someone angry. You should warn the player to stop and if he continues, gag with reason ➣ "Provoking" for 10 minutes. ➽ Any player that keeps trying to tell admins what to do in any scenario or interfere with admin matters. It's ok to listen to the players when they say something, for example "elemeNt, zm are afk" or "elemeNt, he close door on me". There is no problem to that. But, when they keep trying to tell you who to ban/slay or who to gag or for how long, that's non of their business. Admins are they only people to discuss about these matters, players can only watch the actions. If they keep trying to interfere without having access, you should warn them and if they don't stop, gag with reason ➣ "Interfere in admin matters" for 10 minutes. P.G: DO NOT write down "stop talking" or "your not admin" in your gags when they to tell you what to do. It's vague and inaccurate. ⌧ BAN THE FOLLOWING PLAYERS WITH THE FOLLOWING REASONS ⌧ ➽ Players who are using any kind of cheats. You must first identify the nature of the cheat and then type it according to what it is. For example if the player is using speedhack, the reason should be "Speedhack" in your ban. If he uses speedhack and wallhack, the reason should be "Speedhack + Wallhack" in your ban. If the player is using speed, wall and aimbot, the reason should be "Multihack" in your ban, since he is using more than 2 cheats. P.G: DO NOT write just "cheat" or "hacker" in your ban. It's too vague and not accurate at all. Type the exact cheat you saw. ➽ Players who are using more obvious scripts like the complete absence of A D buttons when they do strafe and gain immense speed in every jump they do. It's a strict that falls in the category of "cheats". The reason of ban should be ➣ "Script" or "Strafe helper" or whatever describes it better. ➽ Players who are using any kind of small scripts like SGS or GS. If you warn them and they still using sgs for example, the ban reason should be ➣ "SGS" or "GS" P.G: DO NOT write just "scripts" in your ban. It's too vague and not accurate at all. Type the exact script you saw. ➽ Players who left the game after you asked for WarGod Scan. If someone leaves after you ask for wargod the reason you should put in your ban is ➣ "No Wargod" P.G: DO NOT write just "left" in your ban. It's too vague and not accurate at all. Type the correct reason. ➽ Players that change IP or SteamID all the time or after getting banned. If they do, the reason of ban should be ➣ "SteamID changer" or "IP changer" ➽ Players who type the IP of other communities in chat so they can advertise. If you see such thing, the ban reason should be ➣ "Advertising" ➽ Players who keep using inappropriate names (including curse/insulting words, names/ip of other communities, identical nickname of admins). If you change the nick and they still try to use it after failing to obey your command, the reason of ban should be ➣ "Inappropriate nickname" P.G: Do not forget, ban time for inappropriate nickname is 10 minutes. ➽ Players who keep breaking the rules more than 3x times in single map (after 2-3 gags in the same map or 3 slays in the same map)! If players breaking the rules very often in 1 map, you can ban them for 60 minutes. The reason of ban should be ➣ "Breaking rules" NOTE: These are the only and true reasons you should give when you gag or ban someone. You don't need more, you don't need less. Make sure to follow the things I wrote so you will become even better than you are now. Since everything is written, I will not be responsible if you still write down goofy stuff in your gags/bans. Greetings staff members, it's been a while. This post is mainly a little reminder for pretty much all of the admins without exceptions. Ranks does not matter here in this post, it's about everyone. We will discuss a few things that I believe they are by far, the most common bad habits admins have in ZE. You're making mistakes and that's fine, but after a while it really isn't. Let's break down a few habits you might have that you really need to exterminate if you want to become a better admin and climb up the ranks way faster. ✘ MISTAKES TO AVOID AS ADMIN ✘ ⤹ You don't know the rules and commands in depth. Yes, you remember a few rules from here and there, but you DONT actually know them as well as you might believe. You're missing a few things and that's evident when you don't take action in certain scenarios or do things that rules says the opposite to do. You need to read them many times, try to memorize them after a while (both players and admins rules) and actually understand them so you can know when to apply them. It seems hard but after some time, everything will come in to your mind when it's needed. Same thing goes for the commands. You know some of them, but do you know ALL of them and how to use them? I don't think so.. You need to hit the books again and again, it doesn't matter if you are new or old admin. There are a lot of things to learn, and you won't memorize everything after 1 read. ⤹ You're being TOO strict and you don't realize it. You see a player breaking a bridge before some teammates pass for example and you instantly slay him. I know there is a rule that says "you can't sabotage your teammates" but, you don't need to be so straight forward to whatever you do. WARN them first, type in chat "please don't do it again or I be forced to slay you, it's a rule". You need to realize that a few players are new to the server-mod and some don't know the rules. You can't expect everybody to know everything from the beginning. Imagine you joining a server and they slay you the moment you start playing, for something you didn't know. We lose players eventually because they feel we are too strict and we don't tell them things first. Please, be less strict and try to communicate first with the players before you slay them. If they ignore you after communicating about the rule, you can just slay them directly without talking first. Same thing applies for gags. I see a lot admins just gagging people for saying a bad word like "fuck" or "shit" or whatever it is. Please, try to understand that players can curse and say simple bad words. They CANNOT insult others however. If I type for example a single "fuck" in chat, it doesn't mean I'm insulting someone. I'm just cursing which is something not that bad if you think about it. You don't need to gag the players for little things like this. If someone says something like "fuck you elemeNt" then yea, it's an insult which is punishable with gag (10-15-20 minutes). Bottom line is this: do not just gag people for little things (simple bad words), gag them when they actually say something offensive. Also first warn players and the next time they break a rule slay them. P.G: Do not gag players for lying or giving false information or whatever it is. There are no written rules for these stuff. ⤹ You gave up on rules after a while. Players are going on top of helicopter, you don't do anything. They don't infect some humans because they know each other, you don't do anything. They defend super hard and zombies are helpless, you don't do anything. Why? Because you gave them warnings in the past and you believe they are unteachable (they can't seem to learn). Just because you pointed a few rules at them in previous games and they don't follow them, it doesn't mean you should just leave them do whatever they want. You have the access, do something about it when you see players breaking major rules. Warn them via chat, slay them after and even ban them after 3 times of breaking rules (60 minutes ban). ⤹ You're TOO focused playing and you ignore the chat or live incidents. Are you kidding me here?? I see some of you guys just being so focused on the game, that you either ignore the chat completely and even worse, you just sit without doing anything when problems burst out. Listen, I'm not saying that you can't play and have fun but please, as you're playing you need to have in your back of your mind that you are THE admin. If we talk in the chat about something important, pay attention. If anyone is breaking any rule, do something about it. If I tell you to go check something on discord or forum you should go immediately. You can not use excuses like: "I was playing sorry, I didn't see what happened" or "I will go check it after the map ends". ⤹ You're acting aggressive towards players and you don't realize it. It pains me to say this, but some of you have developed a very aggressive-defensive personality in game. You see a player breaking a rule and you say "player, you want ban?" or "player, you want gag-kick?". What is wrong with you? You don't have to act like you came back from a fight. You can always be gentle and talk calm, even if they broke a rule. Example: "Player do not that or you will be slayed". Please, do not act like Hitler, talk polite to everyone despite the situation. ⤹ You joined the admin staff for the wrong cause. You're supposed to join the staff so you can help us making the server a better place. Exterminate cheaters, griefers and help in general for an improved and fun gameplay. If you are here primarily for the ranks, I got news for you. You will NOT turn the server into your little playground, you will NOT act like you are a boss or something, you will NOT brag or see others as peasants because you got an access. FOUNDERS will not hesitate to delete you (I have done it myself many many times in the past, you are not an exception). If you are here to stress-out from real life in a wrong way by being an idiot you will be removed, this not a debate. ⤹ You don't know what higher rank actually means. Some of you are here for a better rank and more recognition among the players-admins. Let me give you a little advice. Obtaining a better rank will not automatically mean that we will see you as "god" or something. It is probably the opposite of what you have in mind. Climbing the ladder and pushing the ranks will mean also that, I will be questioning you more, I will be expecting you to know all the rules without a single mistake, I will expect you to take more actions in server matters and successfully solve them. So don't believe that high rank is a by-pass to do whatever you want and acting like a god or an imbecile. ⤹ You're not trying and you expect miracles. Time passes and you are stuck in the same position you started. You didn't learn the rules properly, you only memorized a few basic things. You're still making mistakes that you shouldn't. Your activity in server is less than ideal (lower than the minimum we set). You don't take much action. You're always posting that you will be absent or even worse, you completely ghost us without any warning. Your activity in the server is 99% AFK and 1% playing. You're very aggressive towards players and very strict. You even mention that you will probably leave the community after a while, because you will be very busy or something happened to you. It's time for promotions and you're COMPLETELY SHOCKED that you didn't get promoted. The worst thing? You have the audacity to start complaining. I'm sorry to be that person but if you do some of the things I mentioned, you don't really deserve promotion. Remember, you have to be active, take successful action in server and inform us about crucial things. It's not our fault that you fail to follow the requirements we desire.
