Greetings, staff members! I know this is a topic you will like to check, haha. Let's talk a little about RANKING UP!

Oh yea, I know that most of you really want to get to higher ranks so you can have more access, get involved into more stuff in Techline and gain better recognition-image among admins and players.

Now then, let me spit a couple of facts that I believe, they will make you rank up faster than normal timing (my personal opinion).

 

 

⌘ Learn everything (rules, guides) down to the last detail.

⌁ That's right. If you manage to learn all the rules, all the guides and memorize them to the last dot, you'll belong to the 1% of staff members that know literally everything in ZE.

⌁ Your chances of making mistakes in and out of the server will be almost impossible. You will exceed all expectations and you'll put yourself in the discussion for higher ranks.

⌁ When I say "everything" by the way, I literally mean it (admin rules, player rules, amx commands, extra guides).

 

⌘ Execute the commands as accurate as possible. 

⌁ Knowledge alone is nothing, you must also execute the commands in server 100% correctly. If you somehow learn all rules/guides and combine all the information to apply the commands perfectly accurate, you will be the envy of everyone online.

⌁ Just imagine, you know all the little things about the rules and you also know the commands, the correct reasons, the correct times to every situation possible. It can't get any better than this.

 

⌘ Be online on the server as much as possible.

⌁ The minimum requirement for activity is 500 minutes per week. That's approximately 8 hours a week. Spending an hour on the server everyday is not that much. But is it enough for you to stand out against the other admins? Not even close.. 

⌁ By being online double that amount or even more (16 hours per week or higher), your name will be mentioned among the admins that are active, there is no doubt. If you barely hit 500 minutes in every week which is again the MINIMUM, you're being average not exceeding the expectations we have. 

⌁ It is best for you to be online for a couple of hours checking the server and later when you leave your PC, be afk for as much as possible (that's what I do). DO NOT be always afk because I'll realize it sooner or later.

 

⌘ Follow the community system perfectly.

⌁ Let's say that you know all the rules, guides, commands, you are online all day on the server and everything. It will all fail if you don't follow the system we set as required. 

⌁ Meaning that posting all your bans, posting your absence and checking every update and announcement we do (in forum and also in discord #admin-announcements), will definitely make you stand out from the rest of admins. 

 

⌘ Stop being absent all the time.

⌁ Oh yea, a lot of admins post to be absent in monthly basis. Let's talk about it, shall we?

⌁ You know everything but you always post to be absent because you have things to do. Fair enough. But how do you expect us to take you seriously and give you higher ranks, if you're always away not being online and check things in the community?

⌁ Avoid to post big absence requests in my opinion and very often, because it will ruin your activity in game and platforms. Your name will not come up for good reason in the discussions between founders. Only post when you will be gone for more than 3x days and if it's something super important. 

 

⌘ Your personality matters a lot.

⌁ Believe it or not it does matter more than you can imagine. Being mature when it's needed and being chill when it's needed is a way of showing us that you got the intelligences to understand/solve situations. 

⌁ If you're ultra sensitive and you end up arguing with people all the time, if you don't take anything seriously and you act like a clown, if you act tough/ironic/aggressive towards others, those are all signs that I translate as = weak mentality. 

⌁ Find a way to act more mature, so you can handle all situations excellent and also be chill/funny when the timing is ok.

 

⌘ Keep communication with Founders/Managers.

⌁ Now, I'm not saying that you need to come to my personal messages and beg for higher ranks or try to be friends with me. I'm saying that if you have a question about something, ask me. If you want to learn more and you can't figure out how, ask me. If you have a problem with someone tell me. If you wish to suggest a few things or share a thought with me, never hesitate to send me a message.

⌁ By talking to me personally from time to time, I can have a better image about who you are, what do you know and what you don't, how much you learned since you got your access, what's your personality like etc. You just take a favorable position for a rank up, it's that simple. I have a better image about yourself and your capabilities. 

 

 

NOTE: There is no doubt in my mind, if you do exactly what I said, you will be on higher ranks before you know it..
