✵ ADMIN RULES - RESPAWN SERVER ✵

NOTE: Make sure to read all of the following rules. We will not be responsible if you receive punishments. 

NOTE: Rules are supposed to be followed by everyone. We do not make exceptions!

NOTE: Check out this post once in a while. We make updates about rules sometimes.

NOTE: If you are an admin and you read this, you MUST also go read [Player's Rules] as well ! ! !

 

 

◎ General Admin Rules ◎

⇝ If you get accepted, you MUST check frequently both Forum and Discord Group. Make sure to create an account in both platforms, because we post important stuff everywhere. Use the same nickname in server/forum/discord so we can track you easier if it's needed.

⇝ Make sure to understand the fact that when you applied for admin, you accepted to be at least 500 minutes online per week in the server. Try to not be less active than the amount we set as minimum. There will be no excuses!

⇝ Please DO NOT lie about yourself in your admin application, especially about your knowledge in AMX Commands or your past experiences as admin in similar mods. If we notice that you don't know anything, but in your application you claim to have experience, it will affect your rank/image to the community!

 ⇝ Do not think about becoming admin in other communities when you are admin here in Techline-Community. As soon as we notice, you will be removed without the possibility of getting your access back!

⇝ If you're going to be offline from server/forum/discord for only a few days (1-2) you don't have to inform us since it's not a big deal.

⇝ If you decide to be offline from server/forum/discord for more than 3-4 days however, you MUST inform the rest of the staff members about your absence by posting in #leave-of-absence (discord). Do not disappear for long periods without informing us. It will affect your rank and it can lead to your remove!

⇝ Please, do not post to be offline from server/forum/discord for more than 1 month unless it's an emergency. We understand that everyone has his own problems, but if you know that you're going to be offline for so long, do not even apply for admin. Same rule applies for old admins. We need people to be active on the server. If we notice that you post very often to be offline and for big periods, you might lose your rank due to inactivity! P.G: You cannot use your job/school/personal activities/family/personal issues as an excuse to be offline for many many weeks or months. 

⇝ Even if you are offline for a few days from server, at least make sure to check Discord/Forum once a day because we might post something that includes you or something very important.

⇝ You are not allowed to beg for better ranks. Please, understand that once every month we make activity check-upgrades. Do not contact FOUNDERS every few days to say "when the activity check will be done" or "when am I going to get promoted" or "why I didn't get promoted". Constant begging can result to remove!

⇝ Please, stop caring so much about getting better ranks. No matter the rank, we all do the same things in server/discord/forum. If we notice that you care more about the ranks so you can have better status among players/admins, rather than having the server under protection against cheaters/griefers you will lose your access!

⇝ Upgrades/Downgrades are done based on your activity (how many hours you spend in server), your action in server (warnings/kicks/slaps/slay/gags/bans) and how you personality behave. If you're online in server and you don't take action, or you're only AFK, or you can't behave like a human being DO NOT expect upgrades! P.G: Making too many mistakes in (kick/gag/slay/ban) can also lead to stay on same the rank or lose it completely.

⇝ If you feel like that FOUNDERS were too harsh on you and you deserved to get upgraded, you can always talk to them in private to re-consider things. However you need to prove that you actually deserved the upgrade. If you don't improve (activity, action, behavior) in the next weeks/month, you will either get demoted or lose your rank completely.

⇝ You MUST post all bans you do in the server! We post the ban-proofs on discord in #ban-proofs section! Check it out, so you can see how we all do it. It's something mandatory however. If you ban players without posting the details, you will be warned/removed!

 

◎ Admin Server Rules ◎

⇝ Make sure to read [Player rules] before you read this topic. Whatever is posted there, it's absolutely important to learn/understand/execute. Those rules are as important as these here so if you don't follow them, you will be warned/removed!

⇝ Please, DO NOT stay AFK all the time in the server to improve your activity! Why you became admin in the first place? To be online but offline at the same time? If we notice that you're always AFK no matter the time, you will be warned/removed!

⇝ Please, do not make up rules from your head. Everything you need to know is posted in Forum and Discord group. If we notice that you apply rules that don't exist, you will be warned/removed! 

⇝ You must learn all available commands for admins, know how to identify common hacks like Wallhack, Speedhack, Aimbot and more complicated hacks/scripts like (SGS, GS, BS, Auto-Bunnyhop). If you lack in any of these areas, you need to immediately check tutorials or ask FOUNDERS how to handle these situations. There will be no excuses if someone requests for unban and you are wrong.

⇝ You must learn how to execute all available commands without making mistakes. There are available tutorials in Forum on how to use them correctly. There will be no excuses if you make foolish mistakes while using them!

⇝ Make sure to put the correct reasons when you ban/gag someone. For example if you gag someone for insult, the reason of gag should be "insult". If you ban someone for Wallhack, the reason of ban should be "wallhack". If we notice that in your gags/bans you write down non-sense or incorrect stuff, you will be warned/removed!

⇝ Make sure that when you gag or ban someone, you put the correct times. For example if you ban someone for cheating, you supposed to ban them permanently. If you gag someone for spam, you supposed to gag them for 5 minutes. If someone insults another player you supposed to gag them for 10 to 20 minutes. DO NOT gag/ban players for as much as you feel like. We have rules for the times. If you gag/ban players for whatever time you want, you will be warned/removed!

 ⇝ Make sure to ban players with 1. [Ban-Type IP] in most cases or 2. [Ban-Type SteamID] when players changes IP. Bans with NAME is not allowed. If we see that you do bans the wrong way, you will be warned/removed!

⇝ You are not allowed to unban/ungag players that another admin banned/gagged. We didn't put you to be the judge of the things and decide what's right or wrong for others. If someone got banned/gagged and they believe it was not correct, they can contact FOUNDERS in Discord by opening #ticket-support or in Forum by private message. Unban ONLY if FOUNDERS say so. Ungag ONLY if you communicate with the other admins online and you agree. Unban/Ungag players without asking for permission will result to warn/remove!

⇝ You are not allowed to use any AMX Commands on other admins what-so-ever! If you notice that another admin is breaking rules/insulting players or admins cheating/scripts, you have to take proof (screenshot, demo) and show the proof to FOUNDERS by opening a ticket in Discord or private message in Forum. If we catch you using commands on other admins you will be warned/removed!

⇝ DO NOT ask everyone for WarGod Scan/Demo always, use your knowledge/instinct! WG and Demo should be your last resort of solution. Go to spectators, check them patiently, make up your mind and if you are not sure, communicate with other admins to help you. If you guys are still confused, then ask for WG or Demo. DO NOT ask for WG/Demo in every case. You got to understand, some players don't know English well or not having any idea what's happening when you ask them for Wargod/Demo, so they just leave the server. There is just no way everyone is hiding their cheats so good. The only thing you do is proving me that you don't know the game so much. Start banning players with WHAT YOU SEE, use your fucking instinct. If most of your bans are under reason "no wargod", you will be warned/removed!!!

⇝ If you want to ask for WarGod Scan or Demo from someone, make sure to move them from CT's/T's to spectators, so they can realize what's going on (via amx_teammenu). After you do that, you can examine them. Just don't let them keep playing. Some players ignore the chat completely, they might not realize that you want something from them.

⇝ If you see this in the server while you play -> [WARN POSIBIL ERONAT] Name [ DUKA LV ] Warn [ 2 ] MaxWarn [ 10 ]  DO NOT PANIC! It's a system that gives warning to players for POSSIBLE cheats. It is not accurate and gives warnings to many players (including me), so don't take it as fact and start banning people or ask for Wargod/Demo. Go to spectators, observe and decide. 

⇝ You are not allowed to use amx_kick/amx_kickmenu to kick AFK players or admins when the server is not full. If server actually goes full (32/32), kick 1 player and wait the slot to be filled again, never kick admins however. Remember you are not allowed to use AMX Commands on other admins so amx_kick/amx_kicmenu also can't be used against admins. If you kick AFK players when server is not full or kick AFK admins you will be warned/removed!

⇝ You are not allowed to talk back to players if they insult you. Don’t forget, you are admin, you have access, you can take action (gag)! If we notice that you insult players back or arguing with them instead of gagging them, you will be warned/removed

⇝ Remember, fights between admins are strictly forbidden. If we catch you fight inside server/forum/discord like little schoolgirls you will be warned/removed! Contact FOUNDERS to solve the problems or talk in private at least.

⇝ You are not allowed to only give orders to other admins to do your job. Communicate with each other so someone can take action when it's needed. If you see a player breaking any rules, take action yourself (warn/slap/slay/ban). Don’t expect others to do your job always because you are bored or you think we put you to be the captain of the team. If we noticed that you don’t do your job and expect others to take action, you will be warned/removed!

⇝Make sure to take action on the server and not only play, because we don’t value activity alone. Helping server by taking decisions is crucial. If you don't take action (slap/slay/gag/kick/ban) and just ignore your duty as admin you will be warned/removed!

⇝ Do not shame other admins if they made a mistake recently and do not act arrogant/cocky towards other admins. Everyone starts from somewhere, they will learn eventually. Someone is better than you too. Don't feel so special because you were admin in the past.

⇝ You are not allowed to give your admin access to your friends or siblings you might have. Please understand that this is serious. If any mistakes have been done under your access/account, you cannot blame your friends/siblings. You are going to be the only responsible since it’s your account. You can lose your rank by doing that!

⇝ Understand that being on higher rank than someone else does NOT mean you are his superior or something like that. All admins no matter the rank have to do the same things in server/discord/forum. Do not let lower rank admins with less experience fix everything in server and don't act like their boss.

⇝ You are not allowed to use your personal mental/physical health as an excuse for acting weird/bad towards others or making obvious mistakes. If you do something that's not allowed by rules, you will be punished no matter your situation in real life.

⇝ Don't forget, if you take a break from server (#leave-application) you MUST check forum/discord at least 1x time per day, because there might be something going on that's very important or includes you personally (report). 

 

◎ Vote Map Rules ◎

⇝ ONLY change the map or start vote for different map when FOUNDERS tell you to! 

⇝ There will be added rules for vote map if we start to playing different maps more often than dust2 in the near future.
